- AxzonaExternalMonitoring is our customer perspective external monitoring solution which replicates the transactions or "user journeys" that your customers follow through your website and quickly alerts you to any problems as well as providing detailed reporting.
- AxzonaOrganic is our passive internal monitoring solution. It watches each and every interaction that your users make with your website and gives you a real-time view into the actual customer experience as seen by the end user.
